TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Students throughout Florida will not be going back to school and will continue distance learning until the end of the school year, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said on Saturday during his COVID-19 press conference.

The Commissioner of Education informed Superintendents in a call today that online learning has been extended until May 1. Plans will be evaluated after that date as to the rest of the school year.
